How can you expect anyone to collect a parcel they missed in a 2 hour slot in the mornings and 4 hours on a Saturday? Unable to collect some important legal documents this morning after I missed the delivery Saturday. I stupidly assumed a post office sorting office would be open for more than 2 hours a day. I arrived at 10.20 and almost pleaded with the lady to let me have the documents. I advised her I needed them for the following day.... read full comment
