Received text informing me 24hr delivery parcel ready to be collected. Drove immediately to Royal Mail collection point in Dereham only to find it closed all day.

Carded, wrong reference number so I can't arrange a re delivery and the collection office isn't open for more than 2 hours a day.Ridiculous.
