This branch is good and still open for now but according to head office not used a lot so they are shutting it to save money but everytime I go in I have to queue

Like a lot of high street banks, they are very busy. So lucky to still have the Dereham branch. Staff have to go through so much anti fraud, but all for your own financial safety. Staff are great. Special mention to Karen who is helpful, kind and patient.

3 times i have tried to access this bank to open a new account for my son.Each time the branch has been shut, eg. different closing times than advertised, unavoidable closure and this time a member of staff has covid so they closed the branch.Its not easy for us working folk to access the bank in your limited opening hours,... read full comment
