My husband and I were in Costa this morning and the young man serving, called Matty was on his own due to staff members not being able to get to work on time. New location is much brighter and modern, service was bit slow but only one team member on at time.

Was in Dereham visiting family. The lady that served us was really friendly, such a pleasant change from the rudeness in East London. Will certainly be back.
