I had a couple of questions I needed answering as I'd been sent emails that I wasn't sure about what needed doing. The lovely young girl at the door recognised me and my husband straight away which made us feel less stressed and solved my problems immediately.

Whilst I have nothing against the staff, I cannot believe that Barclays continue to fund fossil fuel projects when the IPCC is recommending 45% reductions in emissions in next 8 years.
