Member of staff treated me and spoke to me as though I was stupid because I was unable to find the bottles of water and I asked them to point me in the right direction. Unfortunately the reason I couldn't find it was because the people queuing at the till were blocking my vision of the fridge. Terrible customer service.... read full comment
