Each time I've had work done on my bike somethings gone wrong, had a new chain put on and they didn't tighten it properly almost had an accident due to this, I paid for a full service and wasn't even given a new air filter they turned it round and It had oil on it, I also got my bike back an after they put a new chain on... read full comment
