This is one of my favourite places to go for lunch. The food is beautiful, a lovely range of drinks and cakes. You were able to sit inside or outside, the atmosphere is relaxing, spacious and comfortable. The service is excellent.

Lovely place with great ambiance, very bougie and nice things to buy too! Food was good quality and of decent price for what you get. Staff were friendly and attentive. Toilets were clean and spacious. Lots of seating options inside and out, with noticeably comfy chairs! Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible too.

What a terrific place; met here for lunch today and the food, service, surroundings, attention to detail were all equally amazingly good. You can see, and feel, the care and love running through every atom of this wonderful restaurant and space. Astonishingly good.

The Painted Barn Cafe and Shop is set in a beautifully restored 16th century barn, with an adjacent Studio housed in a renovated milking parlour with views across the gentle rolling countryside.
