I visited Old Buckenham Post Office last week to send a parcel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and efficient. The post office is located in a lovely village, with a green and a church nearby. It also offers a range of other services, such as banking and bill payments. I never use this post office, I make sure I drive to New Buckenham. The lady who runs this is just so unapproachable, unfriendly and basically should let someone run it to its full potential! Such a shame but not somewhere I would ever go to again.
