I went in to get some advice and perhaps book an appointment but was left waiting for ages by staff who didn't seem to care about me waiting to be served. Excellent service yesterday despite an emergency delaying my appointment which is of course totally understandable. This included what I felt was a comprehensive eye health check due to my concerns.

Staff are very polite and well trained always greet you with a smile. Happy to help a old git like me lol.
