Really poor service on prescriptions. Chemist needs urgent review by the regulators

Horrendously ran, stood in there, 3 staff present, an 8 person queue, serving one person at a time slowly waiting for them to get their prescriptions before moving onto the next, multiple customers leaving due to standing there 15-20 minutes to buy some simple over the counter pills, terrible management, the pharmacist... read full comment

Awful service from the Pharmacist. The assistant was helping me and asked him a question and he said don't waste anymore time looking for the item. Terrible. Would rather drive to Norwich
