The staff are always great here but the hotel itself is feeling tired. It needs a make over. Refresh the paint, deep clean the bathrooms especially behind the doors. I was attending a large family funeral near Acle. Work commitments had prevented my partner from attending with me, and so this was a solo visit for one night. Clean and pleasant hotel, friendly staff, early entry to the room for an extra £10 was great we could put everything in the room and then explore Norfolk without worrying about personal belongings in the car?
