Great experience through out. I have 49 years experience with glasses and 38 wearing contacts. This was by far the best service I have ever received. Both the teams for glasses and lenses are dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and highly competent. Thank you. ?

Wanted to try contact lenses. Had my eyes tested and the a follow up contact lens consultation the following Tuesday. Was told trial lenses would be in by the end of the week. Rang Saturday morning - presumably a peak busy day. Person I spoke to told me that there was "nothing in the cupboard". I gently pushed for a check...
