Shockingly poor customer service.Charged for a product I did not request when I asked for the photocopy of a passport. I wanted the front copied which is why I did not open up the passport as I handed it over the counter. For a split second, when I saw the name of this shop online, I thought Michaels had come to England. (Michaels is a fabulous, huge craft store chain in the USA.) But no such luck.
