Extremely rude sales man. Wouldn't listen to me. Kept cutting me off mid-sentence and didnt seem to have any knowledge of travel restrictions. He kept mis reading his own computer screen !! Just wanted the sale that needless to say he never got. Classic Monty Python figure, " have you come here for an argument " !!

The 1 star is for the fact that he answered the phone and listened to what i wanted! That was 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since !! I will be booking my cruise on-line.
