Terrible customer service and bad attitudes. My 74 year old father went in branch to try and transfer £5k from his account to another in branch account. Despite bank being empty and having three staff just standing around chatting, they refused to help him and said that he would have to do the transaction at home....

15 minutes to speak to someone? You need more staff. Cora is like your so called support what's the use of employing a robot. Sorry to see your locaL Branch has had their telephone removed? ? who pays for 0345 calls.

Once again natwest have blocked my payment to my chosen currency exchange and offered no explanation as to why, nor have they funded the money back into my account... Horrible bank
