Staff are friendly, but all together not had a good experience. I have no clue about cars, and my car needed so much work done, it actually made me think it’s not worth keeping it as Halfords quoted enormous price for parts and labour. Awful experience, booked in for 2.30pm which I payed for. For four tyres I arrived around 2.25 didn't get booked in until till 2.50 then they didn't start my tyres in till 3.40 which then took a further 50 minutes which then made me late picking my children up from after school club at school, what is the point in a booking... read full comment
