Either the oxygen supply has been cut off or the staff on the ground floor need some actual customer service training. Either way, sort your staff out. I’ve never seen such unwillingness to assist from 2 staff in one place.

The Southport store is an excellent and I very much enjoy my visits very much. The staff are always helpful, friendly and kind.
