They’re closed during the day, only open for 2 hours a morning then open up again at 4pm for another 2 hours but in their online info it says open from 8am till 6pm which is a total lie. They need to update their profile instead of wasting peoples time.

This is the third time I have asked for a parcel to be redirected to a specific post office because I knew I wasn’t going to be in and it’s gone to somewhere else. Shambles worst office have had the misfortune to deal with , mail signed for at wrong address but they claim not to have had parcel Royal Mail said GPS system tracked it to her , but she won’t cough up , sorry that’s the end nothing more we can do , two months later mail missing again now regular problem post woman... read full comment
