Promised shirts for wedding would be in. Didn't arrive. Ordered 2 months before. Other items did come in to be fair. However, no customer care. Rang them today as I was unsure what size shirt I was, spoke to a member of staff called Gemma, who told me to pop in. Once instore she sorted my problem out within minutes.I left with perfect fitting shirt and super happy!She was Really friendly and very easy to talk to, could not recommend Gemma enough!!! 5stars great... read full comment
