I have just been into the pandora shop in southport. My bangle had lost one of its end caps. A very very helpful staff member went out of her way to fix the problem. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I was very very happy with her help & customer care, it was second to none. Thank you so much.

Went here to get my granddaughter her Christmas present ? what a lovely place to shop , the girl who served us was so pleasant and polite, everyone smiling , Christmas tunes being played ! Absolutely perfect
