Spacious shop.. good parking.. excellent staff...open good hours..only downside the prices are mostly convenience store..but then you don't have to travel so far..

Bad layout, not thought it through at all. Very difficult to find what you want, even after several visits. Ridiculously over priced. Staff are awful, not helpful, since self service checkouts in place.Given the ageing population in Banks, not everyone is competent at using self service.The previous Co OP was much more... read full comment

Great staff ,but a bit pricey for some things that are a lot cheaper in other shops and as we have quite a lot of older people and young families thought it could do better
