Eunice at the Southport Boots store went above and beyond for me, making me feel at ease. She had to input my items for a refund and still smiled with me and was kind. I needed dressings for which I had a prescription, that was out of stock with many suppliers. The pharmacy staff were really helpful and even though I'd managed to research that their supplier had it in stock, they went that extra mile to get hold of it and kept me informed.Thanks Boots Pharmacy

Poor service from Sian who was focussed on chatting to the customer before me, then ignored my request in an attempt to get back the time she wasted. Not recommended.
