Lovely staff cant do enough for you even when they are very busy

The women who work here are lovely. They also seem great with names/faces as they often just collect my items for me as I come in. Very helpful.\\nPerhaps some of the negative reviews are towards staff that no longer work there...? I haven’t had an issue in 2+yrs

Staff are so unhelpful and frankly quite rude. No explanation is given if there is an issue, its just point blank what they say goes. Obviously do not need customer service skills to work here.
