Arrived at the hotel and was required to call a mobile number to be given access. Took a couple of calls which was less than ideal given it was cold and chucking it down, but an answer on the second attempt. Got up to the room and first thoughts was, it was cold. Room 8A I was. The worst hotel I've ever been to, the bathroom is a disaster and there's fungus in the room, so whoever gave it three stars, I don't recommend it
