What a bunch of clowns.. Go into the Bank to withdraw money and see nobody waiting.. Walk up to get served and ... Oh no , you need a raffle ticket ... then you have to sit down to join the que... Ha ha .. what a bunch of plebs... What happened to line up and get served when it is your turn. Useless Bank and Jobsworth Staff.

More staff on the floor than customers and you have to wait to be called as in a doctors surgery....I need to bank elsewhere
