Horrendous customer service. Was due to attend my property on Wednesday last week to measure carpet & flooring - never showed up. Multiple attempts to call them - no answer. went into the shop to discuss flooring and arrange for someone to come and measure up. Never heard anything back so I have gone elsewhere. I really want to support local businesses but if they cant be bothered to follow up on business what is the point.

Forget to get your carpet from here measured for the job five days later I'm ringing to ask for the quote and was assured of a call back later that same day seven hours later still waiting business going somewhere else
