Been in this store today 25/11/23 and dealt with an elderly lady with dark thick rimmed glasses and grey hair. She was incredible rude to me as i didnt have my bank card and tried to cancel my card even though i just didnt have it on me but knew where it was. I took my passport in so i could withdraw money but she did not... read full comment
