I always have a fab experience here. I mostly use the drive through and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and eager to help. I love costa and im in there multiple times a week. Always a lovley environment and nice staff, But unfortunately there always has to be one that ruins it for the rest of them. This Costa is far better than the branch in Church Street, St Helens. The store has recently had a refurb. The staff are much friendlier, particularly the guy with the beard.
