When I looked for the product for a while, one of the employees misbehaved with me in front of others...very poor staff mannerisms..treat like a criminals

Husband who is terminally ill bought the wrong Amazon fire tablet,brand new,unopened in box and following day asked to exchange it for a more expensive one but was refused. He is a 72 year old cancer patient. His experience and loss of £150.00 is appalling. Will never shop with Argos again. We are all disgusted.
