One of thee worst branches , staff act entitled talk to you like dirt , and management allow it , it’s like scallys are in charge , still in the process of closing that account because of it , disgusting branch

Absolutely shocking staff. Older lady with blonde hair and glasses was totally unhelpful and put up every barrier possible. Apparently my signature didn’t match when I’ve had the account ten years and was stood infront of her with passport and drivers licence both with photographs. I had öpen my account 2004 and been using the bank and I had break from 2015 and recently I decided to use the acount again but cos it's been not used ages it needed re-activate the acount and it's just toke longer this lovely lady called pat had sorted my account and sorted everything.
