Went to pay for my purchase at the tills and both staff left to go and get a click and collect order leaving at least 15 people waiting . I don’t normally leave reviews, but I went to Boots this morning and the girl on the till had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Absolutely no need for how rude she was!Thank you to the gentleman that works there who was really helpful.

Went to Boots in Prescot today and met a lovely lady from Mauritius. Called Tara's. She was more than helpful. She explained all the offers brilliantly and it was a very pleasant shopping experience
