Rang 56 times & each time it's rang out still ringing now absolutely shocking! So much for helping people who come into shop. Can't bloody answer the phone!!

They do not answer calls by phone. We both use this pharmacist for our prescriptions but have so many problems trying to contact them which has started me having to make 2 journeys instead of the 1. They need a better system to answer calls rather than put people who don't have the time to keep having to make multiple trips.... read full comment

Say they require 3 working days however it always appears the prescription has literally got there as you give your details every time
