The shop itself is quite lovely and usually has some unique items but the staff are quite a big problem and part of the reason why I avoid going in there. Had the hard task of taking some of my nans un-worn, tagged items to this shop thinking I was doing a good thing. It took a lot for me to do, I'd been putting it off for a while. When I got there, I handed it over a lady who stood there judginingly looking at me saying she doesn't really want to take it as they were decorating...
