Went in late on Saturday afternoon to post abroad. The two ladies who were on were absolutely brilliant as it took ages to find the correct address. Went the extra mile for me and I can’t thank you enough as it was so important to get it right . All the best to both of you.

I normally find this branch of WH Smith just fine, but today I received the strangest, unpleasant treatment it should be noted. The till was unoccupied with a sign saying staff were nearby.
