Went to make a complaint to the manager and give some constructive feed back. Not only did she over talk me she also said it’s not my problem. A good manager should listen, she obviously wasn’t interested and said it’s a group owner issue. A client should not have to go to the group owner to complain. Very poor experience, the server sat us at a table where it was leaking water from the roof, which i dont understand why because it was even busy, never offered us drinks till we had nearly finshed our food.
