I was there for dinner. I had lasagne, served with garlic bread and salad. It was delicious. The prices seem to me slightly better than some other restaurants in Lark Lane. It is quite spacious and the staff was kind. There could be some music, possibly jazz, and it will be the perfect place for a date.

Decent goat cheese salad would be improved with some crunchy bits or an oil drizzled on in addition to the balsamic.
AMAZING fried cheesecake for dessert, may want just a touch longer on the heat to make sure the insides are fully thawed, or add more testing time.
The Old School House is our lovely big pub restaurant. We major in wild sourdough, beer breads, pretzels, & wood fired pizza & our pan-European brasserie menu is available for brunch/lunch/dinner.
We take our beer as seriously as our food, and we have a range of rotating cask ales and around a further dozen European craft ales on draught.
We’ve worked with local wine suppliers on a list with diversity & depth, & our cocktail menu is lovingly curated.
The OSH is an all day/night deal. Use us for coffee mornings, lazy lunches, afternoon tipples, dine with us with the kids or for date or mates nights, meet ups for drinks and chats & perhaps some people or sports watching . Book to eat or just drink with us. Walk ins always welcome.
