As part of our trip to Liverpool from Boston, my daughter found this place to try though no one greeted us. EDIT: I actually paid £7 for the jacket potato (£10 including delivery fee via Uber) I wouldn’t write a review if I was happy with the telephone conversation after calling up to complain. It definitely was far from ‘ample’. It is ok to accept feedback so don't feel like you need to be defensive. X
