Went to use the toilets, all were locked but the disabled floor soaked in urine, asked a member of staff if another toilet could be made available as no body wants to be standing in puddles of urine, was told no this wouldn’t be allowed due to the fact customers set the toilets on fire and were in no fit state to be used,... read full comment
