Got my Flu Jab at the Chemist in store here (it's free for over 65's). Katie (the Pharmacist) was fabulous! She gave me all the information I needed, answered all my questions, made me feel completely at ease - she's such a lovely lady, you feel relaxed with her anyway ?. Staff are super heroes getting people’s prescriptions ready in a timely manner given the current state of the NHS. Always a friendly smile as well, which makes it easier. Rachel and Lesley in particular are stars.
