Always a great sandwich there, but unfortunately, I got the trainee server who was still learning. She made my sub, but half destroyed it trying to fold/ close it, and half the filling ended up on the floor so it wasn't as generously filled as usual. I'll still be back as the subs are still fab.

Staff were friendly but very badly organised. At least 3 staff working but only one serving at a time despite a queue of customers. Sandwiches left under the grill for longer than required resulting in burnt, difficult to eat sandwiches. Sandwiches poorly put together with ingredients only covering part of the bread.
