3 staff working at aintree branch when we visited today at about 2pm, was really busy and from what I could see only one member was working hard and that was the first girl taking orders, the second girl meant to be on the salad and sauce just stood there and kept asking was it time to go home whilst the other girl broke...

ermm seems to have slipped a bit
no hot drinks,limited choice of saver deals and limited choice of crisps
also seemed a tad pricy
