Service is just too slow. There was just only one til opened despite of having a very long queue. Other staffs were just walking around. Whoever was serving that only til was taking ages to serve customers.

Customer service is very poor and they don't even talk to me politely I bought a jacket that didn't fit me and I didn't like it. I returned it today, but the manager treated me very disrespectfully!then He said we wouldn't accept it to return or refund it ?
