Ordered online at 17:30...at 20:00 and 21:05 rang to see where my 45mins delivery was was told "JUST CANCEL IT ONLINE " NO OPTION ON WEBSITE.rang my bank to stop payment as meal never arrived at all...4 days later they used credit card details and took the £30 out my bank ...NAT WEST tried dozen times to contact them over... read full comment
