Awful customer service, took a yodel parcel today to drop off, the lightest of parcels which I could lift with one finger and not that big. I was told by this most awkward and ridiculous counter assistant that the parcel was too big. Very bad customer service I havnt met anyone like it doesn’t know where anything is in the shop got my stuff wrong on every single item sever times until I showed them where it was brought me a doctor pepper when actually asked for water then said it was flavoured water and it cleary was not l!!!
