Absolute joke opening times to pick up parcels, staff are great though. Opening for two hours every day to pick up parcels 8-10am is laughable when most people are in work. Have a couple of days when you open earlier and one later at night.

Absolute disgrace! Put my parcel in the food and rubbish BIN, the bin is old bear in mind so it’s not clean at all! There were multiple other ways my parcel could’ve been delivered, it was small enough to go through the letterbox for gods sake!
