Always available, quick and friendly. Never had issues.
Only little downside, opening times change to often, it's hard to keep track.

Never answers the phone,phone not available ever. Said they delivered my parcel and they didn't. Now ebay says its been delivered when it hasn't. Royal mail has gone worse in the last year.

Came to town row to collect a parcel. Opening times specify that it’s open Thursday 4pm - 6pm. It’s closed !!! It’s 5.29pm. impossible to collect from here
