The terrible staff need to remember they are not doctors and how to speak to people properly if advice isn't asked for it should not be given and certainly not openly discussed loudly infront of other customers. The old lady with long hair in pony tail is a disgrace

Been a Customer for over 35 years both of Rowlands and the previous owner. Unfortunately the standard of service has deteriorated badly. I'm not blaming the staff, they have always been great, even when hard pressed. But the length of time it now takes for a prescription to be prepared is getting longer and longer.Just...
