Could not fault the service. Receptionist Daniella was super helpful made checking in really smooth after a long journey. She sorted out a booking issue with care and understanding. Truly grateful for her help.

Further to your typical Premier Inn; Clean room, comfy bed, extra pillows in the room, decent TV, tea making, lack of USB next to the bed.. The West Derby Hotel has plenty of free on site parking. Very handy location if you're in town for the Liverpool game. Approx. 40mim walk to the ground or 15-20mim taxi ride. So taxi recommended.
