I don't think this hotel is even open anymore because we have been ringing at different times for a whole week but nobody picks up the phone it just rings out.If this hotel is closed please amend your website as we have just wasted a whole week trying to get through to you!!

Great location for Central Liverpool, but disappointing quality. No fridge, coffee machine, or even a shaver socket in the room. Iron was shared across the entire floor. Lack of fresh fruit juice at breakfast was also disappointing - instead they served dilute fruit squash. Really mediocre hotel experience.
